Competition Details:

• 🏏 Game Selection: Choose to predict and trade from either the Semi-finals or Finals games.
• 📅 Showdown Timeline: The competition will be running from 15–19th November 2023, where traders must place their winning trades 30 minutes prior to the toss in UTC timing. • 💰 Prize Distribution: The 1 BTC prize pool will be split across the 100 winners based on the accuracy of their predictions and their levels. Reward distribution will begin 6 hours after each match ends.

Key Terms & Conditions:

• The Cricket Showdown is only eligible for Registered users on BitDelta
• All trades must be done and shared 30 minutes UTC prior to the toss on respective matches.
• Only entries with a final balance that includes PNL from trades made on the BitDelta trading app will be considered eligible.
• Offer ends on 19th November 2023 30 minutes prior to the toss UTC timing.
• Predictions*:The final score can vary by a max of 10 runs, say the final score is 320 you trade for 315 and it will still be counted given that it is inclusive of the PNL.
• Rewards will be distributed to the first 100 accurate and successful traders.
• Furthermore, the 100 traders can Level Up and Stand a Chance to Earn 1 BTC
• Level 1 earns 20% BTC of the total Reward aka semi-final 1 (15th November 2023)
• Level 2 earn 20% BTC of total Reward aka semi-final 2 (16th November 2023)
• Level 3 earns 60% BTC of total Rewards aka Finals (19th November 2023)
• Rewards distributed will be eligible for trading on the spot and derivatives.
• Rewards will be distributed to the winners on their Spot Wallet
• Rewards can only be withdrawn from the platform if users have completed their Basic KYC.
• The Campaign is open only to contestants above the age of 18 years.
• For Eligibility, Contestants will be required to provide their UID and trading screenshots on the form https://wkf.ms/479nKIr.
• If the form is not filled, it will not be considered as an eligible entry for the campaign.
• Note multiple entries from the same UID will not be considered.
• Reward distribution will begin within 6 hours after each match ends.
• However, if there is a technical failure or unforeseen circumstances, these timelines may not be met by BitDelta. BitDelta does not undertake any liability for the same.
• BitDelta shall have the sole right and discretion to decide and declare the eligible Contestants for the Campaign. The Contestants hereby waive all rights to dispute any decision of BitDelta in this regard and BitDelta does not undertake any liability, responsibility, or guarantee towards any Participant.

• BitDelta holds all rights to revoke the reward or any rights therein in case of any fraud, breach of network security, misrepresentation, negligence, any activity in order to avail the reward by any illegal or immoral means, breach of applicable law or terms herein by any User.
